oInitial and final inspection of FD fan silencer, vane blades, Rotary air preheater, damper, economizer duct, super heater and reheater tube bundles and steam drum

oFinal leak test in super heater and reheater tube bundles

oPreparation of final documentation

Managed Roof Plate Replacement :

oSpading and blinding of all nozzles

oObtained hot & cold work permits

oHandled sludge removal, hydro jetting and cleaning of tank bottom, shell and roof underside as per client recommendation

oManaged Outside, Inside/Hanging Scaffoldings

oManaged 1st time NDT on Shell, Bottom & Roof prior for repair and replacement works

oAll Roof plates shall be replaced using required thickness plates and the approved WPS for welded joints

oFabrication is carried out as per design aspects of API 650

o100% DPT of all weld joints, 100% Vacuum Box of lap welded joints

oThe overlapping joints direction and arrangements shall be as per the existing roof joints

oAll roof nozzles shall be replaced in kind using approved WPS and weld joints shall be 100% DP tested
