WORKING DUTIES

Attend and communicate daily routine monitoring with team and others

Prepare quality documents to every inspection stage

Inspect the job while incoming, inprocess . find inspect final inspection report preparation and Internal customer complaint analysis

Verify the daily PSN and to analyse the root cause

Note the OS, machining process, gauge calibration, SPC

Maintain the 5S in final inspection and machining areas

Gauges are arrange & calibrate while setting change

First checking the machined components and take the CMM & CONTOGRAPH reports are verified. If any tollerance go to out of drawing specification stop the machine, then correct after to allow the manufacture.

monitoring the tool life check sheets and inprocess check sheets.

Check the coolant and washing concentration, ultrasonic washing concentration and PH value then oil viscosity reading are noted in check sheets

If any setting changed to verified the gaues and to give first of approval report after to allow manufacturing process

All reports are ok after to move the final inspection .then output components are moved to deliver and record the PDI reports.

Plan and conduct internal audit of specific process or areas

RESPONSIBILITY

Reduce internal and external customer complaints

Responsible for analysis of cutomer complaints and Improve the customer satisfaction

Prepare quality documents to every inspection stage

Provide quality engineer support to manufacturing

Give the setup change and first off approval

Responsible to manufacturing components as per QC requirements

Lead in the implementation of quality system,process control and corrective action systems to meet quality policy

Ensure safe and effective products are developed and produced

Review process scrab and Take the corrective action

Review document control changes to product, process and software

Review and approve lot histry records to ensure product compliance with specifications

Incase bad part mixed with good part,now put the hold for all parts.

Cpk not achieved stop and correct the all process
