Delivery Manager

As a Senior Delivery Manager assigned at Toyota, I have led enterprise wide projects and programs at Toyota and Lexus within IS vertical of marketing business units. My role included leading several projects at the same time with the support of my team. The challenging and fast paced environment allowed me to be able to play different roles based on program/client needs.

Delivery Manager – Responsible for the complete delivery of the program/ project that entails collaborating and communicating with Toyota vendors and partners for successful product delivery including creative designs, infrastructure, data management, development, implementation, and product launches.

The Account System model gives the view to users that show their Balances and Transactions. It consists of two components: Internal Administration Application (INA) and External Application (EXA). The Internal Administration Application is used to create and manage internal and external users of the bank and set administrators and roles and privileges for the users of the bank. Using the INA it is possible to do user management and role assignment.

Responsibilities:

Provided significant contributions to the code design and restructuring the old code for better, optimized, fast performance.
