DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Preparation, implementation, monitoring, Review and up-dating of

Inspection of all final product activities.

Attending of FAT at vendor’s works place.

Resolution of quality problems.

Review of Final Documentations

Conducting the testing as per approved Test plans. Final Sign off of all QC check list.

To coordinate with consultants and client representatives to solve problems faced during erection and commissioning, ensuring quality and early completion of the project i.e., strictly adhering to the project schedule

Responsible for verification of incoming materials with respect to approved quality plan.

Carry out field checks to confirm that the work is being performed in accordance with the current revisions of drawing and specifications prior to the start of the installation activities.

Test equipment required has been calibrated accordance with the requirement of the relevant standards and specifications, prior to the carrying out of the testing activities, aspects in safety are observed

Ensuring that the documentation generated by the inspections, request for inspection, checklist, test and surveillance meets the requirements of the project contract plan.

Planning & coordinating with the contractor and client for timely completion of all activities.

Coordinating with the contractors and client for any variations as per the drawing and specifications.

Carry out Installation inspection of cable tray, Junction Box, Conduits (Below & above Ground) as per approved Drawings.

Carry out Installation inspection of Power/ Control cables in the Cable Trays, Trenches, Conduits( Above and Below)

IR Test & Continuity check for Signal and LV cables.

Taking corrective and preventive actions for the non conformities observed in site.

Installation and testing inspection of installed product.

Independent handling of Testing.

Checking of product wiring as per approved drawings.

Function test for the products as per customer approval drawings & documents

Maintaining ISO standards and documentation / records.
