I then became a supervisor in my early 20s tasked with completing multi million dollar projects. I then became a superintendent who was responsible in leading multiple crews on multiple projects. I was promoted from the superintendant up to a project manager where I was responsible for scheduling the company projects and ensuring all tasks were completed efficiently and correctly.
