Software Tool Used: Creo Parametric 2.0 and 4.0

Galley and Stowage: The Galley is compartment of ship, train or aircraft where food is kept warm and prepared. It can also be referred as land based food storage. Work Experience:

• Part Parametric Modelling as per Customer Requirement and to make CDA

(Customer Design Approval Document) specifying all design inputs given by the customer.

• Participates in discussion about the design review meeting (internal/with client) to proper design and the achieve the client requirement.

• Assigned with the responsibilities of creating the detail drawings, main assembly drawing including exploded view and simple representation, general arrangement drawing, part drawings and complete assembly drawing for electrical system, water system, cooling system and installation system of galleys.

• Design the sub assembly product from conceptual study to final client approval Designing and Simplifying the CAD data.

• Design sheet metal parts of aircraft interior.

• Solving ECN/ECR tasks and Coordinating with customer for design related problems.

(Creation of Problem Report and Change Request etc.)

• Data conversion of various input like, 2D to 3D modeling and vice versa.

• Knowledge of Top-Down and Bottom-Up Assembly.

• Also working on Windchill PDM Link 11.0 for data receiving and sending. (Check out, Check in, ECN/ECR process on Windchill.)

• Knowledge of applying GD&T symbols on manufacturing drawing.

• Creation of IGES and step file for customer and maintaining CAD data.

• Generate the weekly report and upcoming week work report to the leader. Experience - 3 years
