• Programed Preliminary Baseline schedule & developed it into level 4/5 schedule in P6 & MS Project along with resource loading.

• Analyzed productivity per laminator to evaluate the duration required to complete project & sequentially generated manpower/equipment mobilization histograms.

• Prepared hourly based level 5 schedule in P6 & MS Project for complex shutdown projects.

• Prepared quantity take-off spreadsheet to merge activities in fabrication yard and site erection/hydro-testing/flushing in sequential manner with respect to actual receipt of free issue piping material.

• Prepared summary spreadsheet of installed and completed quantities (Día Inches/Linear Miters & Joints) against requirements of BOQ (Bill of Quantity) or in the format required by client representative for tracking project progress (PMS).

• Prepared CSS (Cost Summary Sheets) to accumulate all the costs associated with piping installation against BOQ of each drawing/isometric for billing value of work done.

• Prepared all documents needed for an insurance claim (Damage occurred due to heavy rainfall) that includes calculation of additional man/equipment hours required & daily productivity losses for reconciliation of the effected work.

• Reviewed contract agreements, drawings and other documents for preparation of technical proposals during and after bidding process which includes but not limited to:

Method Statements for Lamination & Hydrotesting of FRP

(GRP/GRV/GRE) Pipeline, Job-Safety Analysis, Risk-Assessment, Quality Plan, HSE Plan, Preliminary Schedule in P6 and others as specified or required by client.

• Generated several KPI (Key Performance Indicators) helpful for top management to track project success like Planned Vs. Actual manhours spent, Budget Variance, Cost Performance Index, Schedule Performance Index.

• Identified the reason for profit losses and applied ways to compensate for it (Re-arranging the misallocated labor & executing parallel activities).

• Prepared Daily/Weekly/Monthly project progress, manpower/man-hour, and variance analysis report.

• Communicated with client through letters & e-mails on installation issues.

• Documented information related to any delays/stoppages in installation activities, communicated with client and produced it the form of construction claims.
