Benchmarking competitor Vehicles to establish design brief, concept proposals, detail design, Specification release and verification of same.

Developed the concept of mounting structure for ROPS by considering Front-end loader visibility by clearing ergonomics issues.

Applied DFMEA for development of ROPS for Export application to understand all modes of failure in component level

Generated 2D Manufacturing Drawings and Installation Drawings and applied GD&T as per the requirement

ER/ECN Release Drawings in Team center as per company standards

Done changes in Design as per CAE Report to overcome maximum stress and deflections and to pass TORTURE TRACK TEST.
