Manage closing process of 7(a) and 504 loan products to small businesses via commercial real estate purchases, business acquisitions and stock purchases

Conduct initial review of loan packages with purchase contract, approval and commitment letter to mitigate any customer impact, risk, compliance or system concerns further in the process

Ensure internal processes adhere to SBA Standard Operating Procedures to safeguard against loss of guaranty. Review borrowers’ injection. Certify processes like Cornerstone (KYC), Regulation H (Flood), Regulation B, insurance compliance are completed and followed.
