Cost Control Specialist (Presently working for last 3 Months)

Translating as-sold documents into an active Project Life Cycle from a cost perspective.

Preparation of Weekly/Monthly Reports for Earnings at Completion (EAC) and Budget Reports and direct comparisons between them.

Forecasting of EAC, active modification of the same to incorporate changes expected and encountered during the Project Life Cycle.

Running Project Risk Opportunity Matrix to proactively establish risks and opportunities for the Project, in addition to allocating probability and monetary value in concurrence with operational leads.

Scrutinizing and recording the various cost implications due to market changes especially with cost of material being ordered and lead time for the same.

Field Engineer ( 4 Years and 1 Month)

Carried out Load out of vessels for job readiness.

Assisted in Dive Survey.

Preparation of Dive Task Plan & Installation Work List.

Carried out anchor clearance, Bathymetry, Geotechnical and Geophysical surveys.

Real time coordination and interaction with client port authorities for maintaining supplies for active vessels in the field.

Supervised and prepared deliverables for temporary lifting activities using main rig of Derrick Barge in yard to simulate offshore lifting, including load out plan and lift charts.

Single Point Contact for sub-contractors for resolution of survey results.

Carried out real time installation of Jackets& Decks in Saudi ARAMCO fields from 5 to 50 m water depth.

Officiated for permits on site to allow start of work.

Associate Hook up Engineer (7 Months)

Prepared Job cards incorporating the man-hours and materials required for all activities to be performed off shore under Electrical, Structural and Piping works.

Prepared the Method Statements for Demolition Works carried out.

Coordinated with engineering to incorporate the Red Line Mark-ups in Approved For Construction (AFC) Drawings.

Assisted in optimizing the man-hours requirement off shore.
