Pre-Contract (Concept, Schematic and Detail Design) 1. Gathering required information from concerned persons upon preparing Cost Plan and Feasibility Studies in coordination with the Projects Director. 2. 3. Valuation of Interim Payment Certificate Claims from the Contractor in coordination with Resident Engineers, inspectors and planners as per project Progress Reports, WIR, Material approvals for material on sites and NCR.

4. Updating logs for all possible change management and preparing projected budget analysis for Client’s information and approvals.

5. Evaluation of all Contractor’s Notice to Claim and Variation Requests including verification of all documents for substantiation submitted by the Contractor. 6. Preparation of all related documents for Variation Orders, Provisional Sum Adjustments and Cost Savings for Client’s Approval and to further proceed on Contract Sum Adjustments as a preparation for Final Account Summary.

7. Preparation of monthly Payment Summary to compare with planned and actual cashflow for progress verification as per site actual accomplishments.

8. Prepare Final Account Summary including consideration of all approved VO, Provisional Sum Adjustments, Cost Savings, Outstanding works and Valuation of all snaglist subject for Closing of project upon release of initial 5% Retention in award of Taking Over Certificate until the end of DLP period and Release of all Remaining amount of Retentions. 9. (Construction Supervision)

- This project mainly requires to activate the site that overlooks the world renowned Louvre Museum in Abu Dhabi. SIPO Office 1 & 2 requires renewed appearance through adding a Fabric Shades around the building and some minor revisions on approximately 2500 sqm GFA offices. Aside from this, some works for landscaping and parking spaces were required including new pavement patterns, trees, plants, landscape furnishings and external lights were installed around the area.
