Career Summary

Total 5 years professional experience in power plant, oil and gas process industry in the instrumentation and control field as an Instrument Technician

Since 2016 September onward I am working in Qatar with Descon Engineering LLC Qatar for the Maintenance and Shut-down contract with various Oil & Gas Industries and Power Plants.

Present Assignment

2016 September onwards, working with AES - Ras Laffan Power Company W.L.L (750MW Power and 40 GMID Water Production plant) for the maintenance contract with Descon Engineering LLC Qatar.

Position : Instrument Technician (Maintenance)

Nature of Duties : Attending Equipments defect appearing in the plant daily

Operation, Performing Preventive and predictive

Maintenance in the Instrumentation and control field

Good working Experience in

Gas Turbine, Manufactured-General Electric (GE), Model - MS9001E9H (110MW)

Steam Turbine, Manufactured by-Franco Tosi in Italy (220MW) No Stages -22 HP+4 LP

Boiler (HRSG) Manufactured by– Dozen- (380 t/h)

BMS Manufactured-Pillared- Germany

Desalination unit (production distillate output-47,150m3/day by Fisia Italiampianti -Italy

Vibration monitoring system (Bentley Nevada 3300 & 7200 series)and all vibration installation and gap voltage adjust and absolute probe and radical probe cheek and repairing, and generator side and non drive side vibration probe adjustment and a STG bearing RTDS install and check and repairing. Feedback transmitter repairing and checking.

Brief knowledge in reading P&I diagrams (PID)

Fir alarm system kiddy maintence and repairing{break glass unite,smoke dedectores,heat detectors}

Experience in Gas and Steam turbine instrumentation and control system such as Vibration Probes, Thermocouples, Speed Sensors, Solenoid valves, Spark plug, Ignition Transformer, Flame and Heat Detectors, Fire and Gas, System control valves, Co2 system Flame Scanners, Bleed valves, Loading unloading valves,MSCV,HPCV,LPCV (STG).

Good knowledge of using Testing and calibration instruments such as Beamex MC5 (multifunctional calibrator), Communicator 375 (Emerson), Druck Pressure calibrator (Electro Pneumatic),Laser type Temperature sensor, Dead Weight Tester, Loop checker, Frequency Counter and Generator, Thermocouple Calibrator, Fluke Source Simulator (Digital) TK3-2E Calibrator (Bentley Nevada (USA)

2013 January to 2015 May working with MOL Gas Company for Shutdown Maintenance activities KPK.

Education

Academic Qualification: Plus Two HSC (Higher Secondary Certificate) Passed In 2009 from Wah Cantt in Pakistan.

Technical Qualification: Three Years DAE Electronics Pass in 2012 Wah Cantt.
