JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Plan and execute maintenance activities of 0.2MTPA coke oven & utility areas like
-6.6kV Switchgears like Dry type (Make: Raychem) and oil type transformers (Make: Kirloskar, Volt Amp), SF6, VCB breakers (Make: Schneider & ABB).

-Pump house and cooling towers

Prepare of shop floor activities and monitoring of same by allocation of manpower.
Overall responsibility for SAP modules like: PM & Procurement.
Inventory management.
Good knowledge on relay setting’s & Relay testing through secondary kits.
Efficient knowledge of procedure for getting CEIG approvals from AP electricity boards.
Follow management tools: 5S, KAIZEN, POKA YOKE, Failure Analysis
