Work Description : Responsible in leading and managing the RFS IT Wintel engineers in Manila. Manage work schedule and task of resource between Manila, US and India resources. Work Description : Responsible in managing RFS Wintel servers. Making sure all servers under the retail infrastructure are all healthy. Servers are regularly patched. Patching are coordinated with the LOB for scheduling to minimize impact to the business. Managing the servers includes managing all the monitoring tools prescribed, attached SAN, IIS certificates, SFTP installed and all other applications installed in the server. Responsible in making sure that servers going to production are having all the necessary validation done and all needed remediation are completed before the get into the retail production environment.

Install, configures and administer Windows 2000, 2003 and 2008 servers.

Performs installation of JPMC Monitoring tools: Tivoli, ESM, Snare, NetBackup, Configuration of NetView, SNMP.

Conducts Pre-Production check of servers from Build team. Perform and coordinate remediation made on servers going live specialy on standard configuration of servers going live.

Manage SAN storage installed on standalone servers and clustered servers. Perform SRDF Splits and restoration. Perform troubleshooting on SAN storage having issues on servers not getting mounted in the OS. Have exposure on different DR configuration of SAN storage on different production servers.
