• Managed team of Hanon Systems - MP&L Analysts, responsible for all facets of product supply and customer demand, inventory control, EDI, labeling/packaging and quality.

• Identified and implemented numerous operational efficiency/cost saving initiatives at 3PL's and plant/warehouses ranging from $1k/month - $10k+/month savings to Hanon Systems.

• Successfully launched dozens of production and service programs for multiple OE customers

(Ford, FCA, Honda, Nissan, GM, FCSD, Mopar, GMCCA) on time and under budget.

• Launched, relocated and closed multiple 3PL warehouses based on company and customer needs resulting in lean distribution network and set up for new customer business wins and launches.

• Managed Hanon Systems - RFQ process for new program launches, program and warehouse relocations, ensuring most cost effective and sustainable solution for Hanon Systems and their customers. Developed necessary work instructions/processes used in the RFQ process.
