Job Duties: First line of contact for all entering plant & facilities. Confirm all safety & PPE is adhered to. Greet all, create pick tickets for drivers to process paperwork for shipments in SAP. Communicate with mill operator and loaders via 2-way. Enter all shipments, calculate & confirm weights & quantities, create Bill of Lading, obtain signatures, complete processes in SAP. File all documents daily keeping documents controlled. Assist HR Dept. as needed, keep employee files current. Maintain confidentiality concerning HR and all plant processes. Enter all production in SAP inventory daily, track in Excel spreadsheet including mill operation, man hours and products produced. Keep production tracking binders for quality control and easy access up to date. Keep maintenance and safety logs current, assure all permits & licenses are current, post as needed. Keep office supplies stocked, copy, file and scan documents for employees as needed, keep all maintenance documents in designated binders for access, update annually and archive. Scan receiving documents to Black Rock Mine as needed for bulk shipments received, send originals with courier as needed. Keep plant office clean & organized, post notices as needed, keep bulletins current, assist all team members as needed with administrative duties. Assist in keeping team moral up and be readily available to assist employees. Plan and coordinate employee luncheons, birthdays, community service and get-togethers as a team building effort. Be available to assist in any way or task needed for business profitability and operations to run smoothly.

Job ended at projects contract completion. Company had no upcoming bids for future projects in southern NV, returned to corporate Colorado.
