1. Collection of time cards – Salary Cards and/ Client/Customer Cards including hour checking and comparison of cards to meet the total salary hours that the workers worked minimizing the differences causing deductions and/ arrears from worker’s salary pay from site to site as well as meeting the client to fix issues associated with workers work assignments.
2. Data entry and validation of worker’s attendance from time cards to Smart Payroll Application System.
3. Checking and correcting data entered in the system against the time cards for the preparation of worker’s monthly salary.
4. Preparation of invoices based on the client’s worker time cards. 5. Analyzation of the differences of working hours from client cards to salary (time) cards – whether the differences are to be treated as worker’s salary arrears or deductions.
6. Data entry of the arrears and deductions to and from the worker’s salary in the Smart Payroll Application System.
