Conduct IC characteristics test evaluation and operational functions using various characterization methods. This includes making of test plans and measurement schedules to secure test coverage and meet deadlines; evaluate data sheets, analyze timing diagrams and schematic necessary in testing; examine and interpret test setups, test specifications, test conditions and indications; prepare test setup for each items to be evaluated, perform test analysis and troubleshooting; and document test results in tabulated and graphical form to show IC’s characteristics and responds to different temperatures and test conditions.

Develop automation software programs for test methods integrating different kinds of instruments using GPIB interface for fully automated test evaluations. The software itself contains control buttons and indicators designed specifically for testing and measurements applications like data acquisition, DC and AC test characterization and validation.

Integration of real-time hardware and software system. Use parallel port and EZ USB FX2 for serial and parallel communication to send input data pattern on IC chips. This procedure is used basically for DAC/ADC testing.
