I have just completed my Bachelor of Technology in Quantity Surveying with the Nelson Mandela University. I completed my undergraduate Diploma in Building Sciences in the year 2016, after which i served as a learner technician for a period of 8 months. Upon receiving an internship under Coega in a project in Nessie Knight Hospital, i then left the previous position and served Coega for 12 months.

I enrolled in Nelson Mandela University at the beginning of 2019 to complete my Btech in Quantity Surveying. My goal is to ultimately become a professional Quantity Surveyor, following my passion for estimates and quantities. I believe that this position will be invaluable in helping me develop a deeper understanding of the complex dynamics of quantities and make it easier for me to pursue my dream of becoming a PQS. I believe that the combination of my academic and professional experience has provided me with the organizational, interpersonal and analytical skills that will enable me to make a significant contribution to the Quantity Surveying industry. Nessie Knight Hospital Staff Accommodation

Worked closely with the project manager, who was also the senior Quantity Surveyor of a project worth R95million to which the principal agent was Coega. I handled the daily works measurements of the entire project and ensured subcontractor claims related to the work on site before any payments were made. Independent Development Trust

Part of the team that built a school in an under developed rural area worth R10million for the client, IDT. As an intern i executed all parts of work that was assigned to me and didn't have a particular task. The project comprised mostly of prefabricated structures. Additional Information
