+Update HSA as needed regarding mental health staffing, performance of mental health staff, and any issues arising that involve patients and/or staff

+Participate in weekly meetings with Warden to discuss audits and ongoing corrective actions plans

+Respond to Wardens concerns about specific patients/patient concerns

+Address emergent mental health concerns of or related to specific patients

+Respond to all informal and formal patient grievances and ensure grievances receive a prompt and clinically appropriate response

+Respond to requests of S1 patients and schedule them to be seen when warranted

+Ensure compliance with all facility and company policies, federal and state laws, regulations and guidelines including HIPAA

+Assisted in the coordination of care with security staff, medical staff, support staff, dental staff, and nursing staff

+Refer patient to other departments as warranted

+Maintain an ethical commitment to ensure confidentiality within the limits of the correctional environment
