Implement physicians’ orders, administer medications, start IVs, perform treatments, procedures and special tests, and document treatment as required by company policy and local/state/federal rules and regulations.

Order, interpret, and evaluate diagnostic tests to identify and assess patients' conditions.

Care for patients’ pre/postoperative open heart surgery, including, but not limited to those undergoing CABG, valve repair, TAA repair.

Assist doctors in performing procedures: Intubation, Central line insertion, Intraaortic balloon insertion, Thoracentesis, pericadiocentesis,..

Follow physicians’ orders and report changes in conditions.

Functioned in the following roles: lead RN, preceptor, unit resource for computer system,, IABP.

Work as part of interdisciplinary team caring for critical patients.

Extensive experience in Environmental, Health, and Safety field.
