DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Daily routine check E.g. Water, transmission, engine and hydraulic oil level.

Blowing of air cleaners and radiators.

Greasing of machine

Undercarriage and repair works on Caterpillar machines.

Re- Sealing of control valves, tilt and lift cylinders.

Overhauling of final drives.

Troubleshooting of both mechanical and electrical fault.

Repair and fixing of hydraulic Pumps.

Using gauge to check Hydraulic Pump Pressure.

Using manual book to solve fault codes.

Repair of control Valve.

Hydraulic cylinder resealing.

Hydraulic system troubleshooting.

Inspection and Load testing.

Boom repairs and installations.

Component rebuilding like differentials, final drives, resealing of all kind of hydraulic cylinder, assembly and disassembly undercarriage.

General Field service for all the machine on site.

Fix diesel pump, Hydraulic Pumps and swinging motors.
