Duties: Coordinate and supervise the operation of 19 CMM programmers, using DCC CMM Equipment up to 20ft X Axis. Programming of Laser Scanner Systems and White Light Systems, in four prototype-manufacturing facilities. Create and maintain a calibration system necessary to comply with ISO-9001/2000 standards. Provide all necessary documentation for submission of products, automotive and aircraft. To include: PPAP, PFEMA, GP-11, 8D, Control Plans, Submission Warrants, GR&R, Flow Charts, Capability Studies, SPC data and any other special customer requirements necessary for product submission. Products that I currently perform these operations on include, but are not limited to: Metal Stampings, CNC operations -Mill / Laser /, SLA, LOM AND SLS rapid prototype models, EDM operations, Injection molds, Silicon molds, “hand built” patterns, Fixture certifications and Reverse Engineering. I also am responsible for all customer correspondence dealing with any quality issues.
