Responsible for general bookkeeping assistance to the Finance & Property Manager. Assisting the Finance manager with data entry MCSS Budget funding & March of Dimes/Passport fund for the people whom CLUOV supports.
Accounts Payable; Posting invoices, government remittances, processing cheque run twice a month, Electronic Fund transfers, reviewing Sage G/L for accuracy and Running month end G/L reports.
Completing and Reviewing monthly individualized budget reports & assisting the Manager in preparing reports for board of directors.
