PRACTICE INNOVATION LEADER
Selected to pioneer and lead new innovation program for EY’s fastest growing service line focused on driving revenue growth and margin improvement via the development of new emerging technologies, innovative service offerings, solutions, capabilities and internal opportunities for automation.
Designed and launched Americas Innovation Center of Excellence (COE) generating new service line capability to engage and monitor all internal innovation efforts across the business.
Authored formalized innovation processes methodology which was adopted by firm leadership and led to creation of $1 million budget to support service line innovation efforts.

Directed program management and business development efforts focused on growing firm presence within Government and Public Sector (GPS), while supporting existing DOD and Federal Government clients.
Developed team governance structure, quality assurance, and risk management processes which resulted in highest service quality score of all GPS engagements in the firm.
Launched business analytics reporting dashboard leveraging time and expense data from 3 different finance systems resulting in improved engagement margin of 9%.
Integrated firm-wide Highest-Performing Team (HPT) methodology on existing AF project team resulting in diagnosis and key actions to improve engagement and account team performance.
