Global Supply Chain and Logistics Manager

($300M + budget). Assist various stakeholders during the construction of the mine in order to achieve deadlines.

Developed and tracked several KPIs and controls.

Established a supply chain structure (procurement and warehouse) for the mine under construction

Introduced and implemented improvement projects (Oniqua, Cognibox, Infosys, and various Ariba modules etc.). Led a supply team of 12 officers and 1 category manager in Monterrey, Mexico.

Developed purchasing strategies as well as policies and procedures to oversee supply chain staff.

Negotiated strategic catering, janitorial and laundry service agreements with the company’s Cree partners, for a total value of $12M.

Relocated and installed 4 warehouses at the site; providing enough space to carry large and heavy parts.

Developed storage strategies and procedures at the Rouyn site and warehouse, enabling cross docking, allowing easier access to the mine for all suppliers and collaborating with SAP team on transit receiving.

Implemented receipt and stock reduction procedures, which reduced the inventory by more than $8M.
