Distribution Outbound Manager, Chewy.com, May 2017 to July 2018

Lead a team of 6 operational supervisors and a team of 200+ hourly reports

Responsible for all outbound process paths: Pick/Pack/Ship operations with an 800K sq. FT DC.

Lead network standardization project within packing process that lead to 3 TPH gain within our building and overall network reduction of .002 cost per unit.
