Lead a team of 6 operational supervisors and a team of 200+ hourly reports

Responsible for all outbound process paths: Pick/Pack/Ship operations with an 800K sq. FT DC.

Lead network standardization project within packing process that lead to 3 TPH gain within our building and overall network reduction of .002 cost per unit.

Distribution Center Inbound Manager, Ulta Inc, August 2015 to May 2017

· Currently lead a team of 7 operational supervisors and 150 hourly reports across 3 shifts.

Responsible for all receiving and replenishment operations within 400K sq. FT. DC

Lead network project team to create and implement process improvements across 5 DCs to increase overall network operating UPH by 3%.

Lead building shrink committee to improve quality processes. Improvements resulted in 80% improvement in transitional inventory management of $109 million of total inventory.
