Carrying out surveys for the integrity of Protective coating system. Knowledge of diverse types of equipment that are used in blasting. Complies with the highest level of safety during all stages of work to avoid any type of incidents and or accidents. Take reasonable care of own health and safety and that of others in the workplace.

Maintaining the documentation according to approved procedures, preparing method statement and inspection test plan according to clients’ consultant’s specification. Drawing up of QC documents for UIC painting, Tanks painting, Atmospheric painting and Insulation.

Awareness of the QA/QC parameters that are involved in the job such as batch certificates, test certificates according to the clients / consultant’s specification. Complies with all statutory requirements connected with the implementation of projects.

Is representing as a HSER to meet all safety standards in manufacturing 1st Aider and Firefighting responsibilities.

Monitoring the activities of the subcontractors/vendors and maintaining the parameters within the specification and within the acceptable limits pertaining to the quality of the job.

Auditing of clients on the following ISO/EN standards, ISO9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 18001to meet customer’s satisfaction. Training on all tree standards to put companies’ production up to standard in the operations.
