x Construction and Upgrade of Rayyan Road Project 7 – Design and Build, the total length of the improvement scheme is approximately 2.9km plus 2km of side roads, associated service roads (approximately 5.8km), minor junctions and overbridge structures, abutments, retaining walls, including 3m diameter storm water pipeline with an overall length of 5km for an average deep of 10-20m including manholes. Open cut excavation ranges from 2m to 14m for 350m tunnel and interchange including the utility underground tunnel of (5m X100m X 10m) and pedestrian crossing tunnel of (3m X 60m X 10m).

Responsibilities:

x Preparation and manage tender schedules (manpower and equipment), including the support and review of tender documents for submittals.

2008 – 2009 Blue visions Management Pty – Consultant (Planning & Scheduling) Projects Undertaken:

x Nation Building Economic Stimulus Package NSW - 600 projects / 6,200 housing units – The project has been funded by Australian and State and Territory which aim to support economic growth and will generate jobs including the increased of supply for social housing all over NSW. The project investment cost $1.95 billion in NSW to build 6,200 units of social housing homes by end June 2012. The NSW government has selected Resitech a prime housing contractor in NSW and while Blue Visions was hired as part of the group of consultants under PMO role.

x Revesby Rail project under client Thies United Group joint Venture project – The project is situated about 21km from Sydney Page 6 of 13

CBD, in a South–West direction on the East Hills Line. It will provide a Rail Turnback Facility at Revesby Station which is to include a new Down East Hills Line and a new platform to allow additional down trains to terminate and turnback at the existing platform. The project involves construction of two new stations, over bridge, and crossovers, conversion of existing auto signals around Revesby Station to controlled signals using Microlok II interlocking system. Thies United Group is the general contractor and hired Blue Visions to perform delay claims analysis and documentation. x ARTC Stage 1&2 Maitland to Minimbah railway Extension / upgrade project - The Maitland–Whittingham Third Rail Line project involves the construction of a 42.8 km third track from Maitland to Whittingham (both stages 1 and 2 of the project). Project cost $476.8 million (both Stage 1 & 2):

Stage 1: Minimbah Bank. This project stage involved laying a third track (10.8 km) from Minimbah to Whittingham, including the construction of two overbridges at the Golden Highway and road level crossings. It also included the construction of a new retaining wall adjacent to the New England Highway.

Stage 2: Maitland to Minimbah involves the design and construction of a third track (approximately 22 km) and reconstruction (8 km) of track between Maitland and Minimbah and associated infrastructure. Responsibilities:

Nation Building Economic Stimulus project:

x Saadiyat Bridge Project - The project is part of Parsons International ten years agreement between Abu Dhabi Authority to design, maintain and manage the roads and highways network in Abu Dhabi. Parsons had designed and supervised the construction of the Page 7 of 13

Saadiyat Bridge which is currently known as Sheikh Khalifa Bridge. The Bridge comprised of 10 lanes (5 in each direction) and capacity for 2 future light rail lines, and the 1.5-km-long bridge has a main span of 200 m across which serve as shipping passage.

The project has been awarded to Zublin-Strabag Construction of Germany and joint venture with a local company. Contractor scope is to Re-Design, detailed engineering and contraction contract and will conduct value engineering to justify advantages of its proposal. Project scope composed of onshore/offshore (piling, foundation -100 nos. & pier columns, abutments, 4.5 km cast in situ bridge/viaduct spine, road works, electrical & mechanical and drainage works). The bridge construction used the technology of balance cantilever

(Offshore), false works (onshore) and launching girder (Offshore). Responsibilities:

x South Baghdad Power Plant (500 MW) - This project was awarded to Kharafi National by General Electric who is the general contractor from US Desert storm Committee. South Baghdad Power plant is situated 5 km from Baghdad city. Scope of works comprised of piling, excavation, concrete structures, and finishes, mechanical & electrical works.

Responsibilities:

x Prepare quantity take-off for materials including costs estimate. Evaluate quotations as submitted by subcontractors and vendors. Certify and evaluation for the subcontractor monthly billing including variation and claims for change orders.

x Attend and prepare weekly Minutes of Meeting with the Management and Subcontractors.

Method of construction adopted both using launcher truss girder and false works for erection and installation of the precast girder. The overall length of viaduct spine is 3.8Km with associates grade level works for drainage works, service roads including bridge and street lighting system, piling, excavation of 1.5-2.5m foundation, pier columns, abutments, including the manufacture and erection for Pre-cast main bridge / viaduct spines and side wing spine.

The project is situated in Telok Gong an approximately 100 kilometers South from Kuala Lumpur Malaysia. The project was awarded by Siemens for Ballast Nedam International to execute the Outfall building structure including the 6 nos. of 3.5m diameter GRP pipes for both onshore / offshore

(21km). Major works includes deep excavation of outfall building structure (24m X 40m X 12m) using bentonite casting of 1m thick permanent cofferdam wall as protection during construction of internal

/ partition walls underground. The structure also made of structural steel for columns, roof framing and bracing. Sheet piling, Open cut excavation also applied for the excavation and installation of 3.5m pipeline onshore, while offshore works using barge with excavator clamp shell and crane.

x Siemens 500 MW CCGT San Lorenzo Power Plant - Civil and Architectural works only. Siemens Germany who is the general contractor to build the San Lorenzo power plant and awarded all Civil works including finishes to Ballast Nedam International. Main works include 5 nos. of utility Buildings, 6 nos. of onshore and offshore sea water cooling grp pipeline with 2.5m diameter with an overall length of 9km, including service roads, steel structure and cladding roof and envelope finishing. Most of the buildings has an area of 12m X 20m X 9m with deep excavation underground of 5-8m.

It is equipped with indoor Generator, Biological treatment, Water and radar systems, and telecom. The state of an art like storage tunnel situated within the mountainous area of Riyadh, Jeddah, Abha, Buraidah for which each site is made of minimum three story tunnel road network with cavern storage for refined oil link thru underground pipeline from nearest refinery per location. Each project, considered as enormous, it has an approximate typical scope of works; o excavation of 18 million cu. meters of earth, application of 7.1 million tons of concrete, 188,000 tons of steel, o 8,100 kilometers (5062 miles) of pipelines and 5000 kilometers (3125 miles) of electric wires.

o The cost of the project was estimated per site from $3-5 billion with a storage capacity of 12 million barrels of oil. Responsibilities:

x Preparation of Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) for Engineering, Procurement, Construction Interface, Program. Monitor and evaluate Engineering Schedules against Task Group performance over expended hours against budget. Preparation of management reports

(i.e. weekly and monthly).

x Air Base Facilities (ABF) Tabuk - 6nos. Fighter Planes shelter buildings for bomb attacks (60m X240m X 12m) and supported by other building facilities-Utility & service tunnels (4m X 300m X 5m), Power House, Fire & Rescue, Sewage treatment plant, Water supply/water well, Aircraft/equipment filling / gas stations, Service roads – Taxi tracts and vehicle roads.

Scope of works consists of detailed design, deep excavation (mass concrete foundation of shelters, tunnels and support buildings), concrete (walls, columns, slabs) pavement mass concrete of 3m thick, 12m arch steel lining with concrete arch infill, 1m thick roof burster layer and 3 m roof bomb proof fill, finishes, MEP (30 km), road networks Runway+ ass. Roads =30km.

Responsibilities:

x Preparation of Baseline Budget based on Tender Estimate and approved scope of work by utilizing the Work Estimate System. x Preparation of the Baseline Project Cost and Schedule based on approved scope of work.

x Monitor/evaluation of project program and establish reports i.e. Gantt chart, Histogram and S-curves. Responsible in the preparation, implementation, monitoring of Project costs and related Cost control works.

x Attend monthly coordination meeting with Consultants/Resident Engineer and Subcontractors. Compiles, summarizes, updates and maintains historical schedule and performance data. 1989 - 1991 Ley Construction and Development Corporation - Field Engineer/ Estimator

Projects Undertaken:

x Kaypee Tower - 25 Story Residential/Commercial Condominium

- Build Contract only. The structure is made of concrete piles, concrete retaining walls, columns, stairs and slabs. Underground Level 1&2 including ground floor for commercial/retail purpose. The 2nd to 4th floor is allocated parking for the unit owners, while from 5th to 25th floors occupies the residential area. Each floor composed of 4 units with an area of 500 square meters. Scope of works consists piling, excavation, concrete works, finishes (doors, floors, walls, and ceiling), underground water/storage tanks and external piping and landscaping.

x Uniwide Warehouse Club Project Commercial / Warehouse building - The structure consists of Mall/commercial area (30m X 90m X 12m) concrete building and Warehouse building made of structural steel works
