To carry out visual & dimensional inspection of the Fabricated products as per designs, welding requirements (ARC & MIG), WPS, dimensional standards and tolerance limit.

To carry out NDT activities like MPT, LPT as per the QAP/ITP and ASME Sec V.

Performing WQT as per ASME section IX.

To carry out visual and dimensional inspection of Raw materials like Pipes, sheets, steel rods, UPNs, rectangular and square tubes, threaded props etc

To inspect the Shot-blasting for rusted metal surfaces and parts.

Coordinating with Level II, coordinators, Level III of various countries like USA, UK, Austria, Poland, India, China, Germany, Korea, Turkey etc for resolving queries in Technical aspects of the inspection and certification and document control etc

Performing checks and reviews in selection of appropriate PED modules based on the Hazard category, fluid groups and the technical requirements of DVR, PMA, Hydrostatic Tests, Pneumatic Tests and other technical documents like Purchase order, QAP/ITP, Drawing & relevant dimensional standards & specifications for EN and Non-EN .requirements.
