Responsibilities:

• Manage technical compliance of the project to the design specification in order to fulfill the assigned duration on time and to the required quality.

• Ensuring that all site activities are carried out in compliance to approved drawing, specification & approved method

statement.

• Review drawings and specifications to be aware about the acceptance criteria for each trade.

• Coordinate with construction department, technical department, subcontractors to resolve quality issues and monitor rectification works before consultant inspection and approval.

• Assisting QA/QC Manager in preparing Material Submittals, Method Statement & ITP, third party test report compilation and other quality related documentation.

• Raise internal NCR and QV to Subcontractors/Construction Team. And to follow up the closure of the same making sure that the preventive action as agreed by the QA/QC Manager being implemented at site.

• Attend the preparatory inspections for each trade liaising with the Consultant and Construction Team.

• Assure that the work is being done as per the approved Method Statement and Inspection & Test Plan.

Identify all materials to be tested in accordance with Technical Specifications/ prepare quality assurance program.

Ensure materials submittals are approved prior to work and take necessary actions to fulfill approval conditions in coordination with concerned Materials Supplier, Manufacturer and Project Manager.

Fulfill QA/QC Audit requirements and ensure quality system implementation diligently in line to meet customer requirements.

Identify, calibrate and maintain Master List of Testing and measuring equipment.
