Found, engaged and completed a strategic acquisition with a competitor: this acquisition increased the company’s equity with its top three accounts, Nordstrom, Belk and GAP Inc. First year revenue stream projected to go from $7.5M-$15.0M

Aligned the organization and signed licensing deals with both The Sak and Rebecca Minkoff: these licensing deals allowed the company to a have dual sales approach with the retailers from both a branded and private label perspective.

TANYA CREATIONS, LLC – East Providence, RI (one of the largest private-label costume jewelry designers and distributors in the U.S.)

OVERVIEW: Promoted by the company owner to drive business development efforts, including the build-out of a “Best in Industry” Merchandising team. Oversaw all functions and activities for the company (grew annual revenues over $20M in 4 years with 50% of the sales being purchased in Pacific Rim), reporting directly to the owner.

TEAM LEADERSHIP: Lead, coached, and mentored teams of up to 130 across 3 office locations (corporate HQ in the U.S., NYC showroom, and 2 operations in China), including CFO, EVP of Sales, EVP of Operations, Director of Merchandising, Director of Design, and Director of Planning & Analysis.
