Coordinated the qualification and integration of the Deployable Flight Incidence Recorder into manufacturing supply base for the F-18 E/F aircraft. Also completes the acceptance of a Systems Maintenance Trainer into the supply base for the F -15 E Aircraft.

Guided suppliers, in developing and implementing their processes, to improve their product acceptance and compliance to Mil Standards and ISO 9000 requirements.

Also coordinated the qualification and integration the Peripheral Vision Device into manufacturing for military use as an advanced leading edge concept

Introduced a department wide collaborative awareness initiative to the staff, which was implemented, and subsequently used throughout the company, improving communications and minimizing issues and problems.

Introduced tracking system to provide effective transfer of knowledge and product data, this activity reduced the material and information transfer significantly.

Coordinated the proto-type manufacture and production phase- in, which improved the product release date by 6 months, reducing the delays in product release.
