During the process of cultivation, farmer can call the call centre if their crop has any issues related to crop disease, sowing, pesticides etc.Call centre agent helps the famer by using the diagnostic tool in which there are predefined issues (questions) and answers that can be advised to farmers.If the issue is not resolved, call centre advisor needs to escalate the issue to Expert Panel by raising a ticket in the FarmersFirst system.
