Joint Venture Kitting - Global Supply Chain December 1, 2018 to January 20, 2020

Key Responsibilities:

Successfully lead annual operating plan (AOP) for Joint Venture Kitting business operation. Coordinated financial data gathering and relative business information that are vital in preparing the AOP.

Lead the monthly forecast financial data gatherings and encouraged interactive meeting with the business leaders on discussing the factors that impact the monthly movement on sales, that achieved minimal variation compared to actual.
