Role:

• Working as a member of the team focusing on continually, evolving and improving the areas related to setting of moulds and developing and troubleshooting processes.

• Reading and interpretation of process setup sheet. Manipulation of machine control to achieve desired parameters as detailed on the process set up sheet.

• Preparing loading Schedules of mould on machines Material and supplies requirements. Staging & set up of secondary equipment like HRC, MTC, Chillers, Conveyer, material dehumidifying Dryer etc

• Planning effective manpower deployment and work scheduling of qualified workforce; addressing training needs of staff to enhance skills and productivity

• Making minor repairs to machines and equipment and notify proper personnel of necessary major repairs.

• Assisting Mould Attendants as time permits and help relieve other Moulding Technicians for breaks and fills in during personnel shortages.

• Experienced in Film Extrusion machine also. recently installed 1 no’s shrink film extrusion machine and 1 no’s stretch film extrusion machine to cater packaging market of Angola
