JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

•Conducts quality control monitoring by inspecting, sampling and performing field tests of construction materials and performs inspections to identify delamination, discontinuities and flaws.

•Determined project feasibility by estimating the quantities and cost of labor, equipment, and materials.

• Ability to forecast materials and workforce.

•Read blueprints and plans and communicated them to workers.

•Day to day management of the site, including supervising and monitoring the site labour force and the work of subcontractors.

•Acting as the main technical advisor on a construction site for subcontractors, craft people and operatives.
