Al Sufoh Tram Project (Design & Build).

- Metro-Tram Link Supervision: SERCO.

Responsibilities: -

In-Charge of 4 Nos. Tram Stations and Metro-Tram Foot Bridge Links (Marina and JLT), Coordinating and execution of Civil works and Finishing Works, Curtin Walls, Stone Flooring, External Walls & Roof Cladding, Elevators, Escalators including MEP Coordination. 3. Culture Village Business Bay.

- Client : Dubai Properties Group (DPG).

- Consultant: Halcrow (CH2M).

Responsibilities: -

- Coordinating of Technical and Site Execution of Service Tunnels (1 & 2) including MEP Subcontractors Supervision.

- 11 Kv, 33 Kv Cable Diversion in financial Center and Oud Metha Crossings through Service Tunnels (ST-4 & ST-5) below the Canal.

- Following up with DEWA for NOCs Approvals.

- Coordinating with DEWA for Technical and Site Execution.

- Following Up with Electrical Subcontractor for Sh. Drawings, Approvals, NOCs and Site Execution.

- Supervision of 11 & 33 Kv Cables Diversion.

- Execution of Concrete Ramp for Foot Bridge No. 2 (The Tolerance Bridge).

- Rebar, Formwork and Concrete Casting.

- Close out & handing over to correspondence Authority. 6. Handing Over and Closing out Manager:
