Born in 1980 and holds a Bachelor of science in commerce (B-Com) from Cairo university in 2003 with a major of business administration.

Gained a wide experience in Human capital and strategic management in addition of intensive relevant technical practices that enriched my professional expertise and demonstrated a strong contribution. This journey began in a leading multinational Vegetable oil Group of companies through international corporations, and conglomerates since 2003, covering all main aspects of Human Capital Management and Organizational transformation strategies.

Moreover, practicing outstanding skills in managing and treating people and extensive hands on experience in strategic management, organizational transformation, talent management and development of high potential calibers. - Prepare the monthly transactions for penalties, Overtime, rewards ... etc and recorded accurately in order to be allocated correctly on the salaries.

- Manage the company loans and medical insurance expenses in order to take the necessary action to deduct/ settle the monthly to settle the loan.

- Calculate the monthly Tax and Insurance payments for both company and employee Share in order to be paid in addition of the monthly Emergency fund payment.

- Collect and prepare any Settlements regarding to the salaries in order to be settled.

- Prepare the end of service gratuity for all terminated employees in order to be settled.

- Prepare and Present any proposal related to the company Merit and Annual Increments, Profit Share and any other company benefits in order to formulate the final draft and Implementation.

- Prepare the monthly Reports regarding the released salaries in order to analyze the monthly compensation and benefits.

- Prepare the monthly Pay sheets for all Permanent, Temporary, and casual labour to inform them the monthly payment details and deductions.

- Supervise and follow up Expatriates Requirements; Visas, Work permit and driving License
