o Supervise all the Camps and Housing under Central, Eastern and Western Region o Reporting to the DGM -HR and Senior HR & Admin Manager related to Camp Operation. o Preparing Accommodation of different nationalities categorically upon receiving the information from the HR Department and providing the confirmation of the arrivals to the HR on the same or next day.

o Arrangement of Medical for the new arrival to the designated Hospital. Also, the same procedure is followed for the sick occupant of the camp.

o Issuance of Advance to the new arrivals categorically once they arrive in the camp. o Arrangement of transportation for the personnel Arrival and Departure. o Salary distribution is made for the new arrival for first Two months. o Monitor the Transportation for the site people with the help of the transport department and the site timekeepers.
