CURRENT JOB PROFILE:

1.Recruitment

Design and implement overall recruiting strategy

Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications

Perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives

Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job board/newspapers/colleges etc

Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media etc

Screen candidates resumes and job applications

Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule

Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes

Onboard new employees in order to become fully integrated

Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices

Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team

Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process.

Promote company’s reputation as “best place to work.

2.Employee Training of all Branches-India & Overseas

To share the Company Norms and HR Policies with new employees;

Ensure On-the-Job training of new employees.

Conduct & Co-ordinate in house training of employees under the following categories:

a)Induction Training: Newly inducted employee’s basic capsule (Quarterly Function). The nominations of employees are sent from HR and confirmations are called in thru e-mails.

b)Refresher training of serving employees.

c)Special training on need basis of serving employees in co-ordination with other departments.

d)Other Training – Z-Axis, participation in Seminars, symposiums etc.

3.Employee On-board & services: Orientation to new joiners

Ensure timely electronic dissemination of welcome mail from HR along with the KRA’s of the new joiner.

Responsible for HR orientation to the new joiner through a telephonic call at the distant offices and through a personal interaction at Head office on the first day of the new joiner.

Responsible for orienting the employee on the Organization structure and Branch/ Department Structure and reporting lines.

Brief the candidate about the profile in detail, Salary packages, reimbursements, rules and regulations and code of conduct.

4.Employee Communications & Employee Relations

Ensure communication of all the policies, directives, Instructions by Management to the employees through e-mail.

Prepare appointment letters, monthly late coming, appraisal letters.

Prepare various types of letters based on Monthly Performance Review after month end closure.

Preparing and sending all types of letters issued by HR deptt.

Ensure regular updation of HR related materials on the Z axis and on Virtual Library.

5.Maintain and update organizational charts and related aspects

Ensure maintenance and continuous updation of Organizational and departmental Charts-Head Office& Branches.

Ensure preparation/ updation of KRAs of all the levels in the branches and of all positions in various departments in Head Office.

6.Employee Exit

To conduct an exit interview in the event of resignation acceptance of employee.

Preparation of exit reports.

7.Employee performance Appraisals

Responsible for timely dissemination of Appraisal Forms to Functional Heads & Branch Heads as and when the appraisals are due, retrieval of the filled appraisal forms from the Departments & Branches & finally representing the recommendations / feedbacks to the immediate supervisor/GM-HR.

8.Employee Engagement

Handling employee engagement activities;

Coordination and ensuring maximum participation of employees, coordinating with HOD

9.Attendance

Preparation of attendance of all senior officials and Consultants on monthly basis and put up attendance report to the management on regular basis.

10.Other miscellaneous tasks

Preparation of employment agreements of overseas employees.

Assist in preparation of various documents for ISO.

CURRENT EXPERIENCE:

(A)WWICS Group of Companies, A-12, Industrial Area, Phase-VI, Mohali since 14th August 2008.

Presently working as Senior Manager in Human Resource Deptt.

Joined as Executive Assistant to Senior Director. Assisted Senior Director for 3 years and was later transferred to HR Deptt as Assistant Manager.

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION:

Professional: MBA(HR) from SMU (A grade)

Masters in Computer Science (M.Sc. C.S) (From M.D University.

D-Pharmacy from S.B.T.E (Punjab) with 79.5%
