Ambreen has an outstanding academic and professional background. In 2015, she topped the Masters in Education program in the province of Baluchistan. In my supervision at APS Seven Streams School, Quetta, she was among the best teachers in the school.

Ambreen is known for her work commitments, dedication and passion. She is self-directed and takes initiatives in her academic and professional life. She meets all the deadlines and perhaps is quite proactive in submitting her assignments and completing her assigned tasks.

The leadership program where she was enrolled was basically the one that promotes candidates to develop professional skills which are required in the field. Ambreen is one of those who has taken the program and every unit very seriously and is positively intended to bring about a change in the system within her capacity. She consent worked with four teachers for Action Research Project and enhanced their skills and abilities professionally in Seven Streams School.

The leadership program or the Masters in Education are all done by her not to only brush her academic and professional skills, perhaps to contribute in the national development of education by working with the grass root levels. Her another achievement is passing her Public Service Commission Examination in 2016, and presently she is working as a Secondary School Teacher in Public sector school system in education department Quetta – Balochistan.

Ambreen is swift in finding the relevant information required for varied purposes. She is skilful in managing with the available resources and is expert in arranging the required information through different sources.

Ambreen is a matured, sensible, relaxed, calm and a composed lady, who is aware of her professional, academic, personal and domestic responsibilities and manages them proficiently. She is flexible and gets adjusted with new environment and people quite easily.

Ambreen for me is a born leader. She is a leader at home, at her work place, within her friends and colleagues and yet a leader to lead herself positively as well. She possesses all the required skills which a potential leader should have.

I strongly recommend her for this degree program as she is intelligent and has the potential to successfully complete this doctorate program. Since I supervised her in APS Seven Streams School, I have always found her committed, dedicated and passionate for her studies as well as her profession. She is self-directed, swift in IT skills and can manage multiple tasks together. For me, she possesses all the required skills which a good student should have. By giving her this opportunity, I strongly feel that our province and nation will get a professional (Educational leader) who will not only serve the community, perhaps will also prove to be an asset for the education system of Balochistan -Pakistan.
