Fantasy Pay & Play is a sports betting and fantasy football web application.

● Constructed the back end of our NFL sports betting app section using Apollo/GraphQL, as opposed to using a REST API, in order to increase data querying efficiency.

● Incorporated small reusable react hook components in order to DRY up the projects code base.

Nosey Robinhood is a stock trading web application that lets users build paper money stock portfolios, complete with user profiles, the ability to search for companies, and company profiles pulled from third party apis. Users can also purchase, sell, and watch stocks.

● Implemented a responsive design which lets users access our clean user interface across all screen sizes. Breakpoints were crafted meticulously so that desktop resizing can be done without interrupting the user experience.

● Leveraged a third party stock exchange API in order to display up to date company information and stock pricing.

● Employed Docker container tooling to ensure code is shipped reliably across all platforms

● Added an unobtrusive modular Node.js middleware called Passport.js for high quality authentication
