With Census Bureau, Field Division, Data Collection Branch, designed and initiated inclusion of flow charts into Census training material to ensure that workers in the field could correctly follow data collection procedures. Observed and advised regional offices on Census procedures, reported to Headquarters with recommendations. Wrote and edited instructional material for trainers, enumerators, and office workers. Monitored flow of materials on Puerto Rico operations. Responded to public inquiries. $36,487/yr, 40 hrs./week. January 1998 – July 2000.
