Responsibilities:

• Provide Advice to Project Manager on health, safety and environmental issues.

• Report immediately to the Senior Management, if any serious safety breaches that place workers in life threatening situations.

• Prepare and implementation of Projects HSE plan.

• Develop and execute health and safety plans in the workplace according to legal guidelines

• Support the top management in the, HSE Policy and Guidelines issue and HSE Management System standards.

• Prepare and enforce policies to establish a culture of health and safety

• Monitor the area and enforce to maintain good housekeeping at work place.

• Monitor crane activities and periodic inspection of crane and other heavy equipment to avoid any undesired event.

• Check and inspect electrical & mechanical tools used by workers at job site to ensure tools are in good condition to avoid any accidents.

• Monitor the scaffolding installation at the site to secure that the workers comply and follow the standard procedures.

• Monitor & check that all excavation particularly 4 ft deep or more are properly cordoned. Barricade or install barriers for protection of personnel and vehicles.

• Monitor for the worker to ensure that they comply the safety rules and regulations and if make violation a disciplinary action is taken.

• Attend the weekly safety co-ordination meeting and record minutes of meeting for documentation or on file for the safety audit.

• Attend the HSE training conducted by the company.

• Check the permits, Risk Assessment, Method of Statement, TSA and other required documentation at job site.

• Train for safety while working at height erecting and dismantling scaffolding.

• Monitor workers in cable pulling to ensure that they tie-off their lanyard to the off line when they are performing their job at a high elevation. Passport & Iqama Details
