Mortgage Loan Processor

I was responsible for providing complete and accurate documentation for all Mortgage loans to ensure compliance with all guidelines and regulations. I support Mortgage Loan Underwriters while maintaining professional and effective communication with borrowers, mortgage advisors, attorneys, title companies and county clerks. My daily duties are verify all loan, asset and income documents, communicate with all parties to obtain accurate information. I was one of the processors who worked on the VA loans and wrote Job Aids for team to be able to complete the task of VA loans. I also trained new hires as I did not hold the title of Senior Loan Processor.

I was the senior team member in the accounting department before I was laid off. I trained 2 managers and 3 team mates in the 3 years that I was there.
