Newly launched platform reduced technical asset footprint by12 systems (7 technologies) at a TCV of $2.1MM, increased timeliness of delivery by 75% with the utilization of business rules definition (volume vs complexity), workflow automation, quality control triggering, e-signing with mobile approvals, improving operational / managerial reporting and analysis capabilities by 90% with the introduction of elastic cache and search.

Managed and led delivery of technical business solutions focused on process re-engineering, operational effectiveness, organizational and technology strategy, product and architecture definition, execution and delivery management supporting UnitedHealthcare Medicare and Retirement. - Managed and led delivery and launch of $3.2MM next-generation CRM platform built on Pega. Newly launched platform increased overall data accuracy by 70% with the introduction of REST and SOAP APIs, increased performance by 205% with the inclusion of data archival processor/portal and increased overall process efficiency by 40-60% utilizing automated workflow routing and escalation, system generated communications and business managed rules.
