JOB TITLE: QUANTITY SURVEYOR

Duties & Responsibilities:

Pre-tender:

Scrutinize, review of tender drawings/documents for discrepancies, additional BOQ items/scope and incorporating within the tender offer.

Quantify and prepare final take-off includes, BOQ item checking, additional items and lump-sum item break down.

Study and evaluate value engineering works.

Commit to tender take-off program.

Calculate GFA and BUA.

Construct BOQ using POMI or NRM for cost pricing.

Keep update on the reviews if any circular, addendum or revision arrives.

Analyze and compare quotations received and clarifying exclusions/qualifications within.

Maintain vendor’s data base, floating enquiries to subcontractors and suppliers.

Tender cost analysis.

Compilation of tender offer submissions

Prepare the hand written BOQ If inking copy required.

Hand over the BOQ take-off (official copy) to the estimation coordinator.

Any additional task assigned by Senior Estimator/Chief Estimator. Post-tender:

Inspection and evaluate sub-contractor accomplishment billing.

Prepare technical and commercial appraisal.

Perform inspection of materials to meet the standard and required specification.

Checking submittal of samples prior to approval of consultants.

Prepares job order and material requisitions.

Prepare and submit change/variation order.

Prepare accomplishment report and billing assessment.

Attend technical/management site meeting.

JOB TITLE: CIVIL ENGINEER

Duties & Responsibilities:

Finishing Head:

Team leader to architectural works.

Monitoring of all architectural works based on time schedule.

Report directly to the area manager.

Coordinate to the project management team.

Responsible for weekly reporting every owner and management meeting.

Review accomplishment report and billing assessment.

Over all in-charge of the project in the absence of area manager. Finishing Engineer:

Finishing in-charge of towers B, C and E.

Coordinate to sub-contractor of architectural works.

Supervise architectural finishing works and conduct punch listing.

Attend technical/management site meeting.

Prepare daily activities and accomplishment report.

Strictly follows and implement all safety rules and procedures. Project Engineer:

Project monitoring of architectural Works

Prepares bar chart & s-curve work schedule.

Firmly follows the time completion of the projects.

Prepares material requisitions.

Checking and inspection of sub-con accomplishment billing.

Attend technical/management site meeting.

Strictly follows and implement all safety rules and procedures. Site Engineer:

Supervise rebar, formworks and concreting works.

Prepare accomplishment report and monthly billing.

Prepare Daily Activities Report.

Attend technical/management site meeting.
