Formed in 1975 as a joint venture between diverse UAE investors and the French international financial conglomerate, Société Générale (SG), the bank has 11 branches throughout the UAE, and offers its clients tailor made financial services in both corporate and retail banking.
Achievements:
Redesigned and improved HR processes in order to ensure customer satisfaction.

Setup Emiratization strategies and plans by coordinating and aligning both business and central HR. Ensured the right allocation, development and retention of Emiratis in the Business Groups.

Managed the hiring and Separation of staff in addition to entire elements of the employee lifecycle from onboarding to final settlement and ensured all activities were in line with operational and regulatory procedures.
Oversaw contractual formalities, legal aspects of employment engagements, supervised compensation and benefits, insurance, leave administration and end of service calculations for resigned and terminated staff.
Ensured that current and future HR needs are identified and contributed towards in policy preparation
