DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: (Document Controller)

Oversee and controlling the main filing system, maintenance and security in both hard and soft copies.

Convert the correspondence from hard copy to soft copies by device scanner.

Responsible for receiving, circulating and recording all incoming and outgoing faxes, emails and hand deliveries.

Ensuring quality formats being used adequately for correspondences, submittals, transmittals to clients, consultants, and subcontractors.

Working at Aconex documentation system (Document management that works across at the project)

Preparing Daily Site Report.

Answers/transfer telephone calls and relay messages to concerned personnel.

Responsible for site office stationary stocks.

Performs other related duties as required and assigned.

In - charge in handling Petty Cash for Site Expenses.

Responsible in receiving invoices, delivery note and making the summary of payments of the suppliers to be forwarded to the accounts dept. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: (Purchasing Clerk)

Make Local Purchase Order (LPO) after receiving the Material Requisition Form from concerned staff and after receiving all quotation from suppliers.

Keep safe filing.

Make sure the materials are delivered to the concerned person or projects.
